Cerebriu raises at least DKK 40m in series-A investment round

The Danish health tech company Cerebriu has raised the first approx. DKK 40m of new capital in an announced series-A investment round of up to DKK 75 million. An investor syndicate comprising a number of external investors, including Denmark’s Export and Investment Fund, has acted as lead investors in the investment round.

Cerebriu has developed a software which can read and analyse data from an MRI scanner by means of artificial intelligence while the patient is still in the scanner, thereby supporting the radiologist’s work as an ultra-intelligent assistant.

The series-A investment round will help support Cerebriu’s mission to become a global business which, by means of artificial intelligence, is going to make the analysis of brain images provided by MRI scanners more efficient and improve the quality of treatment within radiology worldwide.

Accura advised the investor syndicate which, along with Denmark’s Export and Investment Fund, acted as lead investors in connection with the investment.
