Jonas assists clients with the development and execution of renewable energy projects around the globe. He advises on and negotiates a variety of procurement and commercial contracts, and he provides legal and commercial advice in all aspects of the project life cycle, from procurement planning, tendering, contract negotiations and financing to execution and claims management.
From 2020 to 2023, Jonas was posted to global offshore wind developers in Taipei, assisting clients on a day-to-day basis with legal and commercial advice and drafting and negotiating various contracts for the clients' offshore wind farm projects.
In July 2023, Jonas relocated to Tokyo, Japan, where he is now working out of the Accura Tokyo office.
