Francesco Tagliagambe

Francesco advises clients on global renewable energy projects, including wind, solar and hydroelectric technologies, from the early development stage to construction and operation, bringing over ten years of experience.

His work includes drafting and negotiating typical project finance documents, such as project contracts, loan agreements, security packages and land contracts, as well as managing due diligence activities.

Francesco also has broad experience with energy trading, assisting both buyers and sellers on the drafting and negotiation of offtake agreements, mainly corporate power purchase agreements, both physical and virtual.

During his career, Francesco has been posted to major renewable energy companies, including Vestas and Statkraft.
