Ellen Skodborggaard

Ellen specialises in environmental law, planning law, energy law and other public law matters. Moreover, she focuses on administrative law, consultation procedures, cases on access to documents, law on compulsory acquisitions and providing advice on regulatory matters within the energy and utilities sector.

Ellen has extensive experience of providing advice on business transfers, project development of real estate, operation of businesses and soil contamination issues. She also focuses on planning law matters, applications for exemptions, cases on preservation and nature conservation and EIA.
