Amalie Stougaard de Haas

Amalie assists domestic and international clients with renewable energy projects, including drafting and negotiation of contracts within onshore and offshore wind, solar, biogas and Power-to-X projects.

In addition, Amalie has a background in commercial real estate, where she assisted major Danish and international clients with real estate transactions involving existing rental properties, development projects and large property portfolios in the form of both asset deals and equity trading. In addition, she provided advice on business and residential lease law matters and general contract and commercial law.
