Norwegian-based Xeneta has acquired eeSea.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Copenhagen, eeSea is a maritime and supply chain intelligence company, offering unbiased insights and predictive analysis for the global container shipping industry.
Xeneta is headquartered in Oslo with over 200 employees worldwide and backed by Apax Partners, Lugard Road Capital, Creandum and Investinor as main shareholders. Xenata transforms freight procurement and logistics by delivering accurate, independent data and ready-to-use intelligence to global leaders like Nestlé, Volvo and Coca-Cola and the addition of eeSea further strengthens Xenata’s offerings to its customer portfolio.
