The Danish automotive group Wismo Group A/S has signed an agreement to sell the Danish workshop chain Quickpoint A/S to the American-Dutch investment company Old Georgian Ventures.
Quickpoint was founded in 1993 and currently operates 31 workshops in Denmark. Wismo Group, formerly known as K.W Bruun, acquired Quickpoint in 2019. Since then, Quickpoint has undergone a number of operational and organisational adjustments that have strengthened the chain’s position on the open workshop market and contributed to a positive development in operating results.
The buyer, Old Georgian Ventures, is an international investor group who focuses on long-term value creation and operational development.
