The Pan-European logistics and real estate investor Verdion has acquired a large property in Brøndby, Denmark, to be developed into a new and modern logistics project.
The property comprises an area of 4.7 hectares. The project includes a logistics project of approximately 31,000 m² spread over an expected six units.
The project is expected to be completed in mid-2027 and focuses on sustainability with the aim of achieving BREEAM Excellent certification.
Verdion specialises in the industrial and logistics sector and has investments and development projects across European markets.
