Urban Partners has sold its Nordic logistics portfolio to Swedish logistics investor Catena.
The portfolio includes 20 logistics properties in Sweden, Finland and Denmark and comprises a total area of approximately 612,000 m², including a newly built logistics property in Køge, Denmark.
Accura, in collaboration with Real Advokatbyrå and Avance Attorneys Ltd, advised Urban Partners in connection with the transaction, which is expected to be completed in 2026.
