Urban Partners has sold a portfolio of five logistics properties to Canadian Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan in collaboration with their Nordic operating partner Fokus Nordic.
The portfolio comprises approximately 118,000 m² and consists of properties in Denmark and Sweden. The Danish properties are located in Ishøj and Greve, while the remaining three properties are located in Sweden.
Accura, in collaboration with Real Advokatbyrå, advised Urban Partners in connection with the transaction.
