The family-owned investment company MS2 Invest has acquired a majority stake in 2LP A/S, which provides tailor-made inventory solutions for business premises.
2LP was founded in 2011 with a desire to deliver orderliness and quality to customers, thereby becoming the preferred partner for both small and large businesses. Today, the company has more than 40 employees and, with its revenue of approx. DKK 250 million, it is one of Denmark’s leading companies in its field.
The customer portfolio ranges from large brands such as Magasin, Bestseller, Ganni, Scandic Hotels, Lakrids by Johan Bülow to smaller retail businesses.
MS2 Invest is a Danish privately owned investment company that invests broadly in both manufacturing companies, trading companies and service companies. Today, MS2 Invest has a broad portfolio spanning several sectors and has specialised in long-term investments, working actively to develop its portfolio companies through strategic advice, corporate governance and capital, among other things. With total revenue of approx. DKK 2 billion and more than 1,000 employees across its investments, MS2 Invest is a key player on the Danish investment scene.
