SquareMeter and Nrep have entered into a venture joint with an ambition of transforming a former industrial area in the Sydhavn district of Copenhagen into an attractive residential area with focus on sustainability and social cohesion.
Located in the area around Bådehavnsgade, the project will comprise a floor area of approx. 73,000 m2 of privately-owned homes, rental units and social housing, expected to be constructed in three phases from 2026 to 2028.
The construction will be based on high standards of sustainability and urban environment and, therefore, will contribute to a varied and diverse housing supply.
