The Danish company SmartGuard has been sold to the German security company DeterTech.
SmartGuard is a nationwide specialist within rental and servicing of alarm and security systems.
With the acquisition, DeterTech strengthens its comprehensive portfolio of security services and expands the company’s position in the European market.
