The real estate developer Skanska has sold two fully leased properties in Ørestad, Copenhagen, to PensionDanmark.
The properties located at Ørestads Boulevard 41 and 45, in the Bellakvarter area, were developed and constructed by Skanska in 2018 and 2022, respectively, and have a total area of approx. 26,000 m2. Ørestads Boulevard 41 is Sweco’s headquarters while Ørestads Boulevard 45, also known as Nest 45, is a combined office and hotel building that houses Norlys and an Ibis Styles hotel with 186 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a lobby area. The properties include 462 parking spaces at basement and ground level.
The properties have an attractive location near the Bella Center metro station, which provides quick access to both Copenhagen Airport and the city centre. At the same time, the location close to Royal Arena and Bella Center is ideal for guests attending concerts and international events.
The conveyance of the properties will take place in January 2026.
