The Swedish project development and construction company Skanska has sold the residential project Hørkær Have in Herlev to Nrep for DKK 740 million. The transaction is structured as a forward purchase transaction.
Hørkær Have will consist of 264 rental units spread over a total of approximately 22,720 m2 with parking spaces and green common areas. The first units will be ready for occupancy in December this year, while the entire residential project is expected to be completed in June 2025.
The residential project is designed by C.F. Møller Architects and is pre-certified to DGNB Gold by the Green Building Council Denmark.
The units will be part of Nrep’s open-end fund, Nrep Income+.
