Skanska has concluded an agreement with Urban Partners on the development of a residential and hotel project at Ørestads Boulevard 31, near Bella Center in Copenhagen.
The project will be developed and constructed by Skanska and sold to Urban Partners in a forward purchase transaction. The building project is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2028.
The project will have a total area of 13,100 m² distributed on six floors and will include 210 residential units and 143 hotel apartments, supplemented by shared facilities.
