The IT freelance provider Right People Group A/S (“Right People Group”), which is majority-owned by the private equity fund Capidea, has acquired the IT consultancy Knowit Consulting Services A/S (“Knowit Consulting Services”).
Knowit Consulting Services, a subsidiary of Knowit AB, is a well-established consultancy services broker with a strong position in the Danish market. The company offers senior project managers and consultants to both the private and public sectors.
Being present in several European countries, Right People Group is a leading provider of IT and business development consultants. Through the acquisition of Knowit Consulting Services, Right People Group acquires an experienced team and improves its ability to accelerate its growth and deliver top-tier IT and business consultants in the European IT consultancy services market. The integration of Knowit Consulting Services will especially strengthen Right People Group’s presence and services in the Danish private sector.
The transaction is Right People Group’s third strategic add-on since the private equity fund Capidea acquired the company in January 2024.
The transaction is conditional on the usual public authority approvals.
