Amager Strand S.a.r.l has sold the residential property Amager Strandvej 50-54 to Core Bolig XII, the newest fund under Core Property.
The property is part of the extensive transformation of the former silverware factory from 1950, which has given the development the name “Sølvvarefabrikken”.
The conversion, which included the renovation of the existing buildings and the addition of two extra floors designed by the architecture firm Holscher Norberg in 2020, was so successful that the project was nominated for the Danish Renovation Award (Renoverprisen) in both 2023 and 2024.
Today, the property is fully leased out with a total floor area of approx. 3,129 m² distributed across 39 modern 2- and 3-room flats and a single business unit.
The property enjoys a highly attractive location overlooking Øresund and with a short distance to Amager Beach Park.
