Prisma Properties develops new retail area in Holstebro

The Swedish property developer Prisma Properties will develop a new retail area in Holstebro of an expected 8,200 m2, with construction expected to begin in Q3 2025. The area is strategically located next to the motorway and will be developed into a modern destination with shopping goods, goods requiring large spaces, restaurants and expectedly 30 fast chargers for electric cars.

Prisma Properties has signed lease agreements with a number of operators for the project, including discount retailers Lager 157, Hi five and Big Dollar, while Thansen and a restaurant chain will also establish themselves on site.

The area is expected to be completed and fully occupied in Q3 2026.
