Nrep has acquired a logistics property in Brabrand near Aarhus with a newly constructed transport centre of 6,210 m2, currently leased out to DHL on a 15-year lease, from PCM Invest. The transaction also includes the construction of an additional 7,439 m2 logistics centre on the property which will be constructed by KT Erhvervsbyg.
The transaction, which is part of Nrep’s growth strategy within the logistics segment, has a total value of DKK 140.5m and consists of a total of 13,649 m2.
The construction of the new buildings will begin as soon as possible.
