The family-owned investment company MS2 Invest has acquired a controlling interest in Brand Institute Group, which owns Northern Europe’s largest modelling agency Le Management, among other entities, and is a shareholder in the successful and rapidly growing jewellery company Lié Studio. With the acquisition, MS2 Invest is strengthening its position as a key player in the Danish investment scene, while expanding its portfolio to include the fashion and lifestyle industry.
Brand Institute Group, a consolidation of the successful Le Management Group, is an up-and-coming group focusing on fashion, lifestyle and creative management. Today, the group has more than 100 employees and is the sole shareholder in Le Management.
Formed in 2010 by Jannick Lyneborg-Lindberg and Martin Lyne, Le Management is Northern Europe’s largest modelling agency today, representing more than 1,500 models through offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Hamburg.
Brand Institute Group also includes the management agencies Le Management Society and Le Management Kids and the PR agency HOOD Agency, whose portfolio includes multinational clients and conglomerates.
Brand Institute Group is also a shareholder in the successful jewellery and lifestyle brand Lié Studio, which was established in 2021 by twins Amalie and Cecilie Moosgaard, both successful models and influencers. Lié Studio is experiencing very strong growth and expects sales to double by 2024 compared to 2023.
An essential part of the future strategy for Brand Institute Group is to expand its international presence. With plans of opening offices in countries such as the Netherlands and Spain, the group aims to capitalise on the opportunities of transferring their successful business model to new markets. Accordingly, the ambition is to accelerate the group’s international presence and to support the establishment of new international growth companies.
