The listed Swedish company Momentum Group has acquired 70% of the shares in the Danish company HNC Group A/S. HNC Group A/S has subsidiaries in Denmark and Germany.
HNC Group A/S was formed in 1979. Today, the company a leading player in solutions for industrial automation, primarily in the food and pharmaceutical industries and the industrial engineering industry.
With the acquisition of HNC Group A/S, Momentum Group strengthens its solutions and services within industrial components and its presence on the Scandinavian market. HNC Group A/S continues as an independent subsidiary under the current management.
Momentum Group acquires and develops successful sustainable businesses in Scandinavia. Momentum Group has a yearly revenue of more than SEK 1.5 billion and has more than 500 employees.
