The listed Swedish company Momentum Group has acquired 70% of the shares in the Danish company HNC Group. HNC Group has subsidiaries in Denmark and Germany.
HNC Group was formed in 1979. Today, the company a leading player in solutions for industrial automation, primarily in the food and pharmaceutical industries and the industrial engineering industry.
With the acquisition of HNC Group, Momentum Group strengthens its solutions and services within industrial components and its presence on the Scandinavian market. HNC Group continues as an independent subsidiary under the current management.
Momentum Group acquires and develops successful sustainable businesses in Scandinavia. Momentum Group has a yearly revenue of more than SEK 1.5 billion and has more than 500 employees.
