Lemay acquires Danish architecture firm CEBRA

The Canadian-based architecture and design firm Lemay has acquired CEBRA.

Founded in 2001, CEBRA is a Danish architecture and design practice with a growing international portfolio of recognised and award-winning projects. CEBRA employs a multidisciplinary international staff of more than 65 professionals, including architects, constructing architects, urban planners and landscape architects. The company is headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark, with a branch office in Copenhagen.

With more than 60 years’ experience, Lemay is headquartered in Montreal and operates multiple offices across Canada as well as in New York, Dubai and São Paulo. In 2025, the company was ranked 30th on the prestigious World Architecture 100 list, highlighting the largest architecture firms in the world.

CEBRA will continue to operate under its own name and leadership.
