The Danish fintech business Reepay has been acquired by the German subscription management platform billwerk which is owned by the American private equity firm Providence Strategic Growth (PSG).

Reepay has developed a payment gateway and a cloud-based solution for managing subscription payments and ongoing payment processes. The group of customers includes small and medium-sized businesses. The company was founded in 2015 and is based in Copenhagen.

billwerk is one of Europe’s leading payment service providers. The company offers solutions for managing complex subscription payments in large companies.
