The Swedish technology group Lagercrantz Group has acquired the Danish company Epoke from the private equity fund Erhvervsinvest Sileo.
Epoke is a leading manufacturer of winter road maintenance equipment and is known for its technologically advanced and environmentally sustainable solutions. The company was formed in the 1930s and is headquartered in Vejen, Denmark.
Lagercrantz Group, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, offers world-leading technology, using either proprietary products or products from leading suppliers. The group consists of approx. 85 companies and is active in nine countries in Northern Europe and in China, India and the USA.
Epoke will be part of Lagercrantz Group’s Division International.
