Lærernes Pension has acquired Lindgrens Hus from the development company Bellakvarter, owned by Akademikerpension and Sampension, for approx. DKK 1 billion.
Lindgrens Hus is a brand new and attractive apartment building with a central location in the new district Bellakvarter in Ørestad, Copenhagen, which is very close to Amager Fælled. The 11-storey building has a total residential area of more than 22,000m2 consisting of 230 new rental dwellings with 2-4 bedrooms. The newly constructed property also includes eight commercial units, including the neighbourhood cultural centre Bella Uno, shopping areas and restaurants. The property is DGNB Gold certified.
Lærernes Pension is a pension company for teachers in Denmark and has more than 170,000 members. The company manages a total portfolio of more than DKK 93 billion and is jointly owned by teachers’ and employer organisations.
