Norwegian Greater Copenhagen Residential (GCR) has acquired 173 student housing units on Englandsvej in Amager, Copenhagen, from Bonum Development and SEBC for approx. DKK 360 million. The newly built student housing units are between 32 and 50 square metres, offering good common areas and activities for the young residents.
GCR is a Norwegian joint-venture partnership between the real estate company Lille Oslo Eiendom from Oslo and the fishing company Strand Havfiske from Ålesund, Denmark. Together they aim to build a residential platform with focus on high-quality newly built properties in Greater Copenhagen.
