FB Gruppen has entered into an agreement with Metroselskabet to develop a new, extensive urban area near Copenhagen South. The agreement includes the acquisition of rights to three large construction plots totaling 40,000 m² in the area, which will accommodate both commercial and residential buildings.
The project is expected to have a total value in the billion-kroner range and aims to support the long-term development of the area around Valby and Copenhagen South. The goal is to establish a modern and integrated district with a focus on mobility, community, and improved infrastructure.
