The listed UK consultancy firm Elixirr International plc (ELIX.L) (“Elixirr”) has acquired the Danish management consultancy firm Kvadrant Consulting.
Kvadrant Consulting was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Copenhagen.
The firm advises mature, multinational clients on commercial strategy, go-to-market excellence and execution-focused transformation, with a track record across sectors including healthcare, financial services, software, industrials and manufacturing.
Elixirr, headquartered in London, is an international consultancy firm providing advisory services within strategy and transformation as well as data, technology and artificial intelligence.
The acquisition of Kvadrant Consulting strengthens Elixirr’s presence in the Nordic region and expands its capabilities within commercial transformation, data and artificial intelligence. Accura advised Elixirr in connection with the transaction.
