The Danish cleaning and facility services company Dansk Miljørengøring has been sold to the Swedish facility management company Reledo.
Dansk Miljørengøring offers office cleaning, window cleaning and carpet and floor care services. The company is headquartered in Herlev and operates all over Denmark with a diversified customer base in several industries.
The company was formed in 1980 and has been run by the Søndergaard family for two generations. The former owner Thomas Berg Søndergaard will continue in the role of CEO.
Reledo offers complete solutions within facility management, including cleaning, catering, office services, staffing and waste management. The company is headquartered in Stockholm and was established by Celero Capital in 2023.
With the acquisition, Reledo strengthens its presence in the Danish market.
