The private equity firm Core Sustainability Capital (“CS Capital”) has acquired a minority interest of 49% in Hoyer Group. The Swedish investment company Solix remains the majority shareholder with 51%.
Hoyer Group is a global provider of high-performance electric motors providing innovative solutions to businesses in the marine, industrial, energy and HVAC sectors, among others. The company has head offices in Hadsten, Denmark, and Ningbo, China, and employs approx. 250 people.
CS Capital was formed in 2022 and invests in Nordic businesses and projects with a green impact, making a difference in the green transition. CS Capital manages DKK 5bn, which the Danish pension company Velliv has allocated to them.
CS Capital is investing based on Hoyer Group’s growth and innovation capabilities and wants to achieve even higher standards of sustainability together with Hoyer Group.
