COPI has sold the property of just over 1,000 m2 located være vedhæftet at Vandkunsten 6 to Copenhagen Capital Management. The property, which was constructed in 1881, consists of nine newly renovated flats and two business leases.
The property, which houses Sørens Værtshus etc., is located close to Frederiksholm Kanal in central Copenhagen and, therefore, has an attractive location in Copenhagen.
