Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker invests in Stiesdal

Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker has invested a three-digit million-kroner amount in the Danish climate technology business Stiesdal.

Stiesdal develops technology solutions to promote the green transition and combat climate change. The business has three subsidiaries specialising in floating offshore wind, hydrogen electrolysis and capture and storage of CO2 integrated with green energy production.

All three technologies are now ready for market, and, with Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker among its owners, Stiesdal has strengthened its opportunities to exploit the scaling potential of its products.

The business was formed in 2016 by Henrik Stiesdal and, today, has approx. 140 employees across Give, Aarhus and Copenhagen in Denmark.

Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker is a foundation-owned investment company with a broad ownership in Danish business enterprises and a philosophy of being engaged owners focusing on long-term value creation in Danish businesses with an international outlook.
