Accura has advised Commercial Real Estate Denmark P/S in connection with the tender process and choice of new manager for the fund and its real estate portfolio. From 1 January 2025, the fund will be managed by RUBIK, and Cobblestone will handle property management.
The fund has a portfolio of 31 properties in Denmark with an estimated value of approx. DKK 7.5bn and a total area of 427,000 m2.
