Finnish CapMan has signed a forward purchase agreement with Danske Shoppingcentre (“DSC”) to acquire a residential development project in Glostrup.
The project consists of 137 residential units totalling 10,647 square metres and is part of a major modernisation project at Glostrup Shoppingcenter, which is operated by DSC. In addition to the new residential units, a new grocery, restaurants with outdoor seating and a new facade facing Glostrup Station will be constructed.
The DGNB Gold-certified residential project will also include 175 square metres of solar panels which will produce approx. 38,000 kWh per year. The project is expected to be completed at the end of 2027.
