The Danish property developer Birch Ejendomme has sold 181 newly built terraced houses in Vejle and Middelfart to the Swedish asset and fund manager Niam. The terraced houses will be part of Niam’s Danish residential platform, Nordhusene, reaching a total of 2,600 dwellings as a result of the transaction.
The 181 terraced houses constructed in 2025 are distributed across the two residential areas Lucernehøjen in Middelfart and Bakkegårdvej in Gårslev near Vejle, Denmark, and consist of 110 and 71 terraced houses, respectively.
Birch Ejendomme is one of Denmark’s leading property developers and has constructed more than 6,000 rental properties nationwide since its foundation.
