The transport company Best Transport has sold its Danish subsidiary Best Transport Danmark ApS to Henrik Purlund through his company Purlund Holding ApS.
Best Transport is a leading Nordic transport and logistics company offering express and distribution services, specialising in service logistics and healthcare logistics. With roots dating back to 1976 and headquartered in Stockholm, the company generated annual revenue of approx. SEK 1 billion and had a fleet of over 800 vehicles before the divestment.
Best Transport has an ambitious sustainability strategy and is working towards becoming an emission-free company.
Its operations in Denmark will continue without changes with the same team and services.
