A bank syndicate coordinated by Danske Bank has refinanced Arla Foods’ EUR 1 billion Revolving Credit Facility.
The transaction was completed with the participation of both Nordic and international banks and represents a significant step in Arla Foods’ continued strategic development. The facility will be used to strengthen the company’s capital structure and support long-term financing and growth.
Arla Foods is one of the world’s largest dairy groups and is owned by approx. 8,000 farmers. The company is known for its high quality, sustainable approach and innovative product development and has a strong global presence.
