After 33 years of joint ownership, ATP Ejendomme has sold its 50% equity interest in the office building Teglholmsgade 41 in the Sydhavn district of Copenhagen to Akademikerpension, which now has full control of the property.
The property, which has a total gross floor area of almost 16,000 m², currently has German Everllence as a tenant, but the company is expected to vacate the premises in 2027, at the latest.
Akademikerpension now wants to carry out an extensive renovation of the property and eventually construct dwellings, which is permitted within the current area and planning framework.
