AP Ejendomme has sold two residential properties in the Aarhus district of Risskov with a total of 339 rental properties to Lærernes Pension.
The residential properties Broloftet and Kværnloftet, located in the residential area Risskov Brynet, were constructed by AP Ejendomme and completed in 2017 and 2019, respectively.
Lærernes Pension already owns more than 600 rental properties in Risskov and is now significantly expanding its portfolio with the purchase of an additional 339 flats.
