AP Ejendomme has concluded an agreement to purchase building plot 6.6 at Svanemølleholm in Copenhagen’s Nordhavn from the development company By & Havn.
The transaction includes a building plot with a site area of well over 3,000 m² and building rights of 17,600 floor square metres. More than 10,000 m² have been dedicated to a parking facility that By & Havn will repurchase once construction is complete.
The purchase is made in connection with AP Ejendomme’s acquisition of the nearly 4,000 m² building plot 6.5 north of this development area. Together, the two sites allow for the construction of offices with a total floor area in the order of 30,000 m².
The acquisition of building plot 6.6 is expected to be completed before the end of the year.
