Alma Property Partners and AG Gruppen have sold the residential property Lyskilden in Herlev, Denmark, to Pensam.
The DGNB Gold-certified property consists of 231 flats across 18,824 m2 and offers a wide range of facilities, including a green courtyard, playground, fitness equipment, greenhouses and a shared roof terrace. The property was completed in 2022 and fully leased out the same year.
Lyskilden was one of the first residential development projects in the Marienlund area in Herlev, which is undergoing a transformation to a mixed-use district, supported by major infrastructure investments at a new light rail station.
