AKF, Sampension and Comwell Hotels have jointly purchased the property in which Comwell H.C. Andersen Odense Dolce by Wyndham is located.
The 8,830 m2 property is centrally located in Odense and has 157 rooms and a restaurant, a lounge area, meeting and conference facilities and a casino. The hotel is currently operated by Comwell Hotels and will continue to be operated by Comwell.
With the investment, the parties strengthen their already close collaboration and adds to a joint portfolio of attractive hotel properties.
