AG Gruppen and Alma Property Partners have sold the residential project Smedekær in Albertslund, Denmark, to the pension fund PenSam.
Smedekær consists of approx. 15,600 m2 distributed across 200 rental dwellings and is the first completed project in a major transformation of the industrial park Hersted Industripark into a new and vibrant district with dwellings, businesses and green areas.
The residential project is jointly developed and constructed by AG Gruppen and Alma Property Partners. The construction of the building project, which is DGNB Gold certified, began in February 2023 and was completed during the summer of 2024. Earlier this year, the two partners also sold the project Lyskilden in Herlev to PenSam.
