The Dutch healthcare group Acture has acquired Danish peer Health Group A/S.
Health Group is a leading Danish B2B provider of health solutions, helping organisations strengthen health and wellbeing in Danish workplaces. Health Group has experienced double-digit growth for six consecutive years, now serving over 600 clients and employing more than 200 people.
Acture is a leading Dutch healthcare company specialised in wellbeing, absence management and insurance. The company combines data-driven insights, proven methods and practical expertise into one coherent approach called Employee Welfare Program (EWP). Acture employs around 600 people.
The acquisition marks an important move in Acture’s European growth strategy, strengthening its presence across the continent while providing a solid platform for expansion into the Scandinavian market.
Health Group will maintain normal operations under the leadership of CEO Adam Rosenkilde.
