3C Groups has taken over a convertible loan with an original principal of DKK 335m granted by A.P. Møller Holding to Blue Ocean Robotics in 2022 and will at the same time be instrumental in providing a minimum of DKK 48m out of a total capital contribution of DKK 60m in Blue Ocean Robotics, thereby securing the company’s continued operations. All other existing owners will be offered to participate in the capital contribution.
Blue Ocean Robotics is a leading Danish developer of industrial robots, which has developed and sells three different robots: A UVD disinfection robot, a PTR mobile lifting robot and a so-called “GoBe” virtual telepresence robot.
