3C Groups has sold one of Denmark’s leading e-commerce businesses Hesehus.
Hesehus employs more than 100 people and has had great success with its own-developed e-commerce platform Bizzkit, used by leading retailers such as Matas and Babysam.
The purchaser is QNTM Group established by the leading Nordic private equity investor Altor. QNTM Group’s purpose is to develop an ecosystem for companies working with digital strategy, marketing, software and technology.
Hesehus is QNTM Group’s first investment.
