Anne Mette Sand Lange
New director
IT & Outsourcing
Anne Mette focuses primarily on IT outsourcing, BPO processes and compliance projects. She has extensive experience of complex financial sector projects, including acquisition of core systems.
Anne Mette joined Accura in 2019 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2022.
Gustav Weismann Lund
New director
Banking & Finance
Gustav primarily works with financial regulation with a particular focus on investment and asset management as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), focusing on transactions involving financial institutions. Moreover, Gustav provides advice on capital market matters. He also has experience with handling and managing complex projects and transactions.
Gustav assists domestic and international financial institutions, banks, investment and asset managers as well as private equity funds.
Gustav joined Accura in 2021 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2022.
Mads Bang-Christensen
New director
Renewable Energy
Mads advises domestic and international clients in connection with large renewable energy projects and transactions. During his time as in-house legal counsel in international energy trading companies, he has gained in-depth commercial knowledge of the energy industry and its regulatory and contractual matters.
Mads has vast experience of both supply contracts and offtake agreements within renewable energy, including in particular corporate power purchase agreements, advising both buyers and sellers on the drafting and negotiation of all contractual matters relating to supply contracts and offtake agreements.
Mads was admitted to the Danish bar in 2011 and joined Accura in 2024.
Mathias Vester Clausen
New director
M&A
Mathias focuses primarily on advising domestic and international businesses within the sale and acquisition of businesses, focusing particularly on private equity investments. Mathias has experience of providing advice to both buyers and sellers in connection with business transactions and with general company and commercial law.
Mathias joined Accura in 2021 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2022.
Paul Thomas Scott
New director
Renewable Energy
Paul specialises in advising on the development of international, large-scale renewable energy projects across a number of technologies, including onshore and offshore wind, solar, biomass, hydro and nuclear technologies. Paul’s practice focuses on negotiating and implementing key project documents, including power purchase agreements, EPC and operation and maintenance contracts, implementation agreements and general project structuring.
Paul also has experience of the wider infrastructure sector, including PPPs and PFI projects, and has practised internationally, spending several years in Sydney, Australia.
Paul joined Accura in 2022.
Rasmus Holm Pedersen
New director
IT & Outsourcing
Rasmus focuses primarily on data protection and compliance with data protection law, including GDPR, and IT and outsourcing. Rasmus advises on data protection etc. in connection with business transactions, completion of compliance projects, preparation of risk assessments, negotiation of processor agreements and handling of security incidents.
Rasmus joined Accura in 2022 and was admitted to the Danish bar the same year.
Andreas Steen Vallentin-Hansen
New partner
M&A
Andreas advises businesses and private equity funds in connection with M&A transactions and has extensive experience of sales and acquisitions of technology businesses. He is a progressive team player with a great commercial understanding, and he has a strong focus on AI and ESG-related matters etc.
Moreover, Andreas advises both growth companies in connection with funding rounds and foreign venture funds on investments in Denmark. He has also assisted clients in connection with a range of public offerings on Nasdaq Copenhagen and First North.
Andreas was admitted to the Danish bar in 2016 and joined Accura in 2018.
