New associate partner Abdi Mohamed, Banking & Finance
Abdi provides advice to domestic and international private equity funds and asset managers in connection with the establishment and operation of investment funds. Moreover, Abdi advises institutional investors and other professional investors on investments in and co-investments with private equity funds.

New director Alexandria Danielle Liistro, Renewable Energy
Alexandria is an Australian solicitor with a background in common law litigation. Her experience is invaluable in conducting risk assessments and dispute resolution, together with all aspects of drafting, negotiating and managing commercial contracts. She assists owners, employers and contractors with renewable energy projects around the globe and has experience in Europe, Asia and Australia.

New director Anne Katrine Post, Employment
Anne Katrine provides advice on every aspect of an employment relationship. She is particularly experienced in cases concerning discrimination and equal treatment as well as foreign workers, including postings to and from Denmark and work and residence permits. Through her former employment with the Confederation of Danish Industry, she has obtained extensive experience of collective labour law and collective agreement matters, including negotiations and interpretation of collective agreements.

New director Andreas Selzer, Banking & Finance
Andreas advises domestic and international companies and financial institutions on finance law, focusing on financial transactions involving acquisition financing and real estate financing.

Asta focuses primarily on domestic and international real estate transactions, and she provides advice to e.g. private and institutional investors and real estate developers in connection with the sale and purchase of real estate.

New associate partner Caroline Stjernstrøm Nielsen, Dispute Resolution
Caroline specialises in complex commercial litigation and arbitral proceedings for domestic and foreign companies. Caroline advises clients on disputes within a wide array of practice areas, including cases concerning financial regulation, M&A, contract liability and interpretation, management liability and insurance law. Caroline also conducts independent legal investigations concerning irregularities or suspicions thereof, including in connection with financial regulation and financial products.

New director Chanel Mercurio, Renewable Energy
Chanel is a senior corporate attorney focusing on M&A transactions and investments in the renewable energy industry. Chanel has significant experience working on cross-border deals involving renewable energy projects and regularly acts for a range of clients from start-ups to developers of renewable energy assets and fund managers. Chanel provides end-to-end legal assistance on renewable energy project developments and investments, including due diligence, negotiation of core transaction documents, project management and completion of transactions.

New director Emanuelle Julie Saks, Renewable Energy
Emanuelle is an English corporate solicitor with over ten years’ experience, advising clients primarily on M&A transactions, including investments.
Emanuelle has significant transactional experience in the shipping/offshore industry (M&A, finance and investments related to energy projects in the pre-development phase) and now focuses on servicing the renewable energy industry. Emanuelle also advises her clients on general corporate and commercial matters.

New director Jack Siebert, Renewable Energy
Jack assists owners, employers and contractors on renewable energy projects around the globe. He advises on and negotiates complex procurement and commercial contracts for on- and offshore wind farms, solar and other renewables infrastructure. Jack has considerable experience assisting on construction and infrastructure projects in Europe, the USA, Asia and Australia. He assists clients at all stages, from planning, contract negotiation and execution to claims management and dispute resolution.

New associate partner Jakob Henning Anker Göte, M&A
Jakob provides advice to domestic and international investors in connection with the sale and acquisition of private and listed businesses, in particular in connection with the drafting of transaction documents, legal due diligence, prospectuses, disclosure obligations, general meetings and advice to businesses in general.

New director Jefferson Tan, Renewable Energy
As part of the offtake and regulatory team, Jefferson advises clients on climate finance, focusing on the development of new environmental products to drive financing towards climate change. His experience includes advisory and regulatory matters relating to environmental finance and Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. Acting for major players in the carbon market, Jefferson has helped with the development of financing mechanisms for market transactions.

Having qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales and gained professional experience abroad, he possesses substantial expertise in managing international disputes. He advises clients on disputes within a wide array of practice areas, including cases concerning M&A, contract liability and interpretation, professional liability, construction issues and insurance law.

Nicole is a Singapore-qualified lawyer experienced in construction disputes and advisory work. Her sector experience covers projects such as offshore wind farms, solar farms, airports, sporting facilities, train stations, office buildings, warehouses, ships and hotels. Nicole has represented her clients at all levels of the Singapore courts and has been ranked a recommended lawyer in The Legal 500 APAC rankings for construction law and international arbitration.
