The Danish provider of fibre network, data centre, security solutions and cloud services, Nianet, has been acquired by GlobalConnect.
Nianet was established in 2003, and the owners consist of 13 energy companies. The company’s 150 employees provide professional data communication solutions based on fibre network for public and private enterprises in Denmark.
Nianet is headquartered in Glostrup and a department in Skanderborg as well as five data centres throughout the country.
